Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (SAPFO) — Receipt and Transmittal <br /> of 2019 Annual Technical Advisory Committee Report <br /> The Board received the 2019 Annual Report of the SAPFO Technical Advisory Committee <br /> (SAPFOTAC) and agreed to transmit it to the SAPFO partners for comments before <br /> certification in May. <br /> e. Marketing Communications Management Agreement with Clean Design, Inc. <br /> The Board approved a professional services agreement for tourism marketing and advertising <br /> with Clean Design, Inc. of Raleigh, NC. <br /> f. Approval to Purchase Real Property— Knight Property, and Approval of Budget <br /> Amendment #7-A. <br /> The Board authorized Orange County's purchase of approximately 13 acres of land on NC 54 <br /> near Mebane Oaks Road from Eric Knight, owner of Steel String Brewery, for a NC Mountains- <br /> to-Sea Trail corridor and trailhead or"hub," and approved Budget Amendment#7-A. <br /> q. Acceptance of Real Property Donation — Future Millhouse Road Park Addition <br /> The Board authorized Orange County's acceptance of the donation of approximately 10 acres <br /> of land from the Dorothy Gochnauer Heirs for an addition to the future Millhouse Road Park. <br /> h. Adoption of a Prequalification Policy for Contractors <br /> The Board approved a contractor prequalification policy as part of the bidding process for the <br /> Orange County Northern Campus development as required by North Carolina General <br /> Statutes. <br /> i. Approval of a Construction Contract for the Remediation, Repair, and <br /> Reconstruction of the Phillip Nick Waters Emergency Services Building <br /> The Board approved a construction contract with Sasser Companies for the remediation, <br /> repair, and reconstruction of the Phillip Nick Waters Emergency Services Building. <br /> 9.
