Call In: Yvonne Mendenhall, Nancy McCormick, William “Will” Lang, and Tiketha Collins Excused Absence: Max Mason <br />Prospective Member: William Morgan Guests: None Minutes To be Approved Tuesday, March 5, 2019 <br /> ACTION/OUTCOME <br />Welcome <br />Michael Zuber, Chair <br />M. Zuber called the meeting to order. <br /> M. Zuber asked prospective member to please introduce himself. <br /> William Morgan shared his background that he recently moved from Baltimore MD to Chapel <br />Hill. He worked with people living with disabilities and human right has been a big concern of <br />his. He shared other personal concerns once he became a caregiver for someone who was in a <br />nursing home for an extended period of time. He wants to enroll in UNC CH SWK MSW <br />program. <br /> M. Zuber asked committee members to please introduce themselves and why they joined the <br />committee. <br /> The meeting was called to <br />order at 4:05 pm. <br /> ACTION ITEM <br />Approval of November 6, <br />2018 Committee Meeting <br />Minutes <br />Michael Zuber, Chair <br /> M. Zuber asked if anyone has any suggestions or corrections for the November 6, 2018 meeting <br />minutes. <br /> No comments or corrections. <br /> G. Brown motioned that the <br />November 6, 2018 <br />Committee minutes be <br />approved. <br /> S. Little seconded the <br />motion. <br /> The full committee approved <br />the motion. <br />Triangle J Council of <br />Governments <br />Autumn Cox, Orange County <br />Ombudsman <br /> A. Cox stated that things have been quiet with Orange County Assisted Family and Family Care <br />homes. <br /> Carillon was spraying indoor insulation to preventive maintenance for winter protections. <br /> Carolwoods had State inspection and has not received the final report but as soon as she does <br />she will get it to the committee. <br /> Visited Crescent green has week and had a great visit as the facility was extremely clean and <br /> The full committee <br />approved the minutes.
