Exercise <br /> rings shall be considered accessory uses to a commercial stable. Smaller scale events, such as horse <br /> shows expected to generate less than 80 traffic trips per day, may be held no more often than once per <br /> month. The operator of a commercial stable may reside on the property to ensure the continuous care of <br /> animals kept on the site. <br /> 265 Staff is eliminating reliance on 'daily traffic trips'as a means of ascertaining what is and is not allowable in a <br /> given land use category/zoning district.
