<br /> request/order of an item that is mailed or picked up by the purchaser. Term includes the rental of
<br /> durable/convenience goods, merchandise, and equipment."'

<br /> Retrofitting
<br /> Measures, such as flood proofing, elevation, construction of small levees, and other modifications, taken
<br /> on an existing building or its yard to protect it from flood damage.
<br /> Riding Stable
<br /> An establishment for boarding, breeding, training or raising of horses, ponies, mules, and/or donkeys for a
<br /> fee; and/or rental of horses, ponies, mules, and/or donkeys for riding, driving, and/or instruction. Exercise
<br /> rings shall be considered accessory uses to a commercial stable. Smaller scale events, such as horse
<br /> shows expected to generate less than 80 traffic trips per day, may be held no more often than once per
<br /> month. The operator of a commercial stable may reside on the property to ensure the continuous care of
<br /> animals kept on the site.
<br /> 265 Staff is eliminating reliance on 'daily traffic trips'as a means of ascertaining what is and is not allowable in a
<br /> given land use category/zoning district. Staff has added standards within Article 5 limiting building square footage,
<br /> which creates the same effect as regulating traffic trips.
