Short Term Rental Large — Host Occupied: A dwelling occupied by <br /> a host which provides more than three guestrooms for overnight <br /> rental or lease. <br /> C. Short Term Rental — Non-host Occupied: A dwelling which <br /> provides guestrooms for overnight rental or lease but is not <br /> occupied by a host. <br />
