Article 5: Uses 141 <br /> Section 5.16: Standards for Automotive/Transportation Related Uses <br /> (2) Multiple Uses, identified in Section 5.15.3(A)(1), are permitted �^*,,,4h`-^OAM <br /> zonanci dostr!Gt only in accordance with the following standards: <br /> (a) The site plan nwst shall identify the square footage of each structure by <br /> type of use. <br /> (b) The Principal Use type of Research Facility With Manufacturing must be <br /> established on the site. <br /> (c) The Multiple Use shall not exceed 25% of the total square footage of all <br /> structures on the site. <br /> 5.15.4 Sawmills194 <br /> (A) Use Standards <br /> (1) Use shall not be: <br /> (a) Permitted as a Conditional Use District. Refer to Section 5.1.3 of this <br /> Ordinance; or <br /> (b) Permitted within the Rural Buffer land use classification, as designated <br /> by the adopted Comprehensive Plan, as part of a Conditional Zoning <br /> District application. <br /> (B) Standards of Evaluation195 <br /> (1) Minimum lot size: 5 acres. <br /> (2) All structures, equipment, and storage shall be located a minimum of 100 feet <br /> from the property line. <br /> (3) Hours of operation shall be limited to the hours between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. <br /> (4) Site shall have direct access to a major road, as classified in the Orange County <br /> Comprehensive Plan, and shall use said road as the primary access, unless <br /> approved otherwise in the permit. <br /> STANDARDS • <br /> AUTO M OTIVE/TRAN S PORTATION <br /> 5.16.1 Airports, General Aviation, Heliports, STOL 196 <br /> (A) Use Standards <br /> (1) Shall not be permitted as a Conditional Use District.
