Article 5: Uses 104 <br /> Section 5.8: Standards for Childcare&Educational Facilities <br /> (7) All unpaved areas shall be maintained in a manner which prevents dust from <br /> adversely impacting adjacent properties. <br /> 5.7.8 Theater 158 <br /> (A) Use Standards <br /> (1) Drive-in Theaters shall not be permitted as a Conditional Use District. Refer to <br /> Section 5.1.3 of this Ordinance. <br /> (B) Standards for the NC-2 and CC-3 Zoning Districts <br /> (1) Shall be located in-doors.
