Susan Halkiotis seconded. <br />VOTEE: Unanimous <br />Samantha Cabe: On Page 85 and carrying over to Page 86, these are our specific findings that <br />while the staff has made recommendations, we must make findings ourselves.The first being that <br />building will or will not maintain or promote the public health, safety and general welfare if located <br />where proposed and developed and operated according to the plan as submitted. And again, this <br />is the expansion of the current building and subject to the previously issued Special Use Permit. <br />Does anyone have a motion? <br />MOTIONN made by Susan Halkiotis that the building will maintain or promote public health,safety <br />and general welfare.
