Call to order <br /> Chair Dorosin called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM <br /> <br />2. Introductions <br /> Introduction of members and staff <br /> <br />3. Update / American Legion Property <br />Jim Orr / Chapel Hill Director of Parks and Recreation gave a presentation on the American Legion <br />Property project <br />• The town of Chapel Hill acquired the 36.2 acre on 12/5/16 for 7.9 million dollars <br />• Council further resolved that the property should be used for a mix of public and private purposes <br />• Hired Coulter; Jewel; Thames to lead a charrette and develop a Master Plan
