4 <br /> Additional mid-day Hillsborough to Duke Medical Center <br /> Transportation Service: Currently TTA is providing <br /> commuter transportation from Hillsborough to Duke during <br /> the early morning and late afternoon hours . Orange Public <br /> Transportation will enhance this service by providing mid- <br /> day transportation service of this same route, which would <br /> change the complexity of a commuter route to a public <br /> route. This addition to TTA' s route would benefit riders <br /> with educational, social, and medical needs.
