This Agreement shall be effective on the date of execution and <br /> shall remain in effect during the period of affordability required by the Act under 24 CFR <br /> Part 92. <br /> AA. Training. The Owner agrees to attend training and/or technical assistance <br /> workshops provided by the County related to the administration of this Agreement and <br /> that the Department of Housing and Community Development deems mandatory. <br /> BB.
