Article 5: Uses 142 <br /> Section 5.5: Standards for Residential Uses <br /> 5-5.85.5.9 Group Home156 <br /> (A) Submittal Requirements and Standards of Evaluation for Class B Special Use <br /> Permit <br /> (1) Submittal Requirements <br /> — <br /> In addition to the information required by section 2.7, the following information <br /> shall be supplied as part of the application for approval of this use: <br /> (a) A description of the type of persons who will be living within the facility. <br /> (b) If structural alterations to existing structures or new construction is <br /> required, a complete description of the nature and extent of these <br /> alterations or new construction. <br /> (2) Standards of Evaluation <br /> (a) The proposed use is not within 500 feet of another existing Family Care <br /> Facility, Group Home, or Group Care Facility. <br /> (b) Structural alterations shall be of such a nature as to preserve the <br /> residential character of the building. <br /> 5.5.10 Health and Personal Care Facility <br /> (A) Use Standards <br /> (1) Where a State license is required to operate the facility, evidence that the <br /> requirements to qualify for said license have been, or will be, met shall be <br /> submitted. <br /> Residential Hotel, ye yf yf a Dormitory, Fraternity, Sorority, Religious arters157 <br /> and <br /> Use Standards <br /> ShallA l not be permitted as n Conditional Use District.
