Article 5: Uses 137 <br /> Section 5.4: Standards for Temporary Uses <br /> (b) s shall he permitted ' rdance with Section-f3.12.11(D) of this <br /> �� T.ir,u.,--roc-per-��-rr �rr'aF.F.o,vai-rcc vvrrr-v of this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> (3)(2) All parking shall be on-site. <br /> (3) Noise levels at the area thespeEialUse,Pe;mit shall <br /> not exceed 50 decibels between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., or 45 <br /> decibels between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and midnight. <br /> (4) No Special Event shall begin before 7:00 a.m., or extend beyond midnight. <br /> (5) The site plan shall have the written approval of the Orange County Division of <br /> Environmental Health regarding the adequacy of the water supply and <br /> wastewater disposal for the specified maximum number of participants for any <br /> single event and the written approval of the Orange County Fire Marshal and <br /> Orange County Sheriff's Department regarding the adequacy of parking, access <br /> or other factors relating to public safety. <br /> (a) Sp <br /> ecial pecial Use Permit shall he valid for no more than one yeaF. <br /> 5.4.4 Temporary Use of a Res'id`"eennttial Mobile Home <br /> (A) General Standards of Evaluation <br /> Residential Mobile Homes may be permitted as a temporary use during construction in <br /> accordance with the following: <br /> (1) The property owner shall reside in the temporary residential mobile home during <br /> construction of a new residence or the renovation of an existing residence on the <br /> same lot. <br /> (2) Prior to placement of the temporary residential mobile home on-site all applicable <br /> state and local approvals and permits shall be procured, including but not limited <br /> to a zoning compliance permit, building permits, and health department approval. <br /> (3) The temporary residential mobile home must be removed within 90 days of <br /> receipt of the certificate of occupancy for the on-site residence. <br /> 5.4.5 Buildings for Temporary Use <br /> (A) Submittal Requirements and Standards of Evaluation for Class B Special Use <br /> Permit T55 <br /> (1) Submittal Requirements— <br /> In addition to the information required by Section 2.7, the following information <br /> shall be supplied as part of the application for approval of this use: <br /> (a) Site plan showing all existing and proposed structures on the site, <br /> existing and proposed topography at a contour interval of five feet, <br /> existing and proposed landscaping, parking areas, access points, any <br /> officially designated flood plains, and other site details. <br /> (b) A description of the exterior materials, color and construction details. <br /> (c) Statement of proposed use and length of time building will be in use. <br /> (2) Standards of Evaluation— <br /> (a) The temporary building shall not be used for residential purposes. <br /> (b) The temporary building shall not be used by operations offering drive-in <br /> services. <br /> Zss As previously indicated staff is proposing minor changes to ensure clarify with respect to what is required for <br /> given land uses. <br /> Orange County, North Carolina—Unified Development Ordinance Page 5-44 <br />
