Staff is proposing to amend the table and require a Special Use Permit for a <br /> cemetery, as a principal use of property, in the AR district. <br /> 10s Existing land use under the Miscellaneous land use category being moved. <br /> 106 This is intended to take the place of 4 existing'Restaurant' use categories and the'Nightclub, Bar, Pub' use category from Section 5.2.2.
