Article 10: Definitions 272 <br /> Section 10.1: Definitions <br /> Retrofitting <br /> Measures, such as flood proofing, elevation, construction of small levees, and other modifications, taken <br /> on an existing building or its yard to protect it from flood damage. <br /> Riding Stable <br /> An establishment for boarding, breeding, training or raising of horses, ponies, mules, and/or donkeys for a <br /> fee; and/or rental of horses, ponies, mules, and/or donkeys for riding, driving, and/or instruction. Exercise <br /> rings shall be considered accessory uses to a commercial stable. Smaller scale events, such as horse <br /> shows expected to generate less than 80 traffic trips per day, may be held no more often than once per <br /> month.
