This area <br /> includes parking and vehicular access areas and it can also include balconies, and roofs improved for <br /> recreation. <br /> Outdoor Advertising Industry <br /> The organizations that provide outdoor displays or display space on a lease or rental basis. <br /> Outdoor Lighting <br /> Installation of lighting equipment, whether attached to poles, building structures, the earth, or any other <br /> location to allow for the illumination of a building and exterior area(s) within the confines of a defined <br /> property line.
