Article 10: Definitions 263 <br /> Section 10.1: Definitions <br /> The mobile home, as an accessory structure, must not create non-conforming yards or setbacks. The <br /> installation of a mobile home, as an accessory structure, is exempt from the requirements set forth herein. <br /> Skirting is required, and the mobile home must be connected to the required utilities, which include the <br /> plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical systems contained therein, provided the unit is not <br /> installed for the purpose of storage. The Orange County Health Department shall determine what type of <br /> sewage disposal system is appropriate. If the unit is installed for the purpose of storage, only <br /> underskirting is required, connection to the required utilities (listed above) is optional. <br /> Modular Home <br /> A dwelling unit constructed in accordance with the construction standards of North Carolina Uniform <br /> Residential Building Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings and composed of components <br /> substantially assembled in a manufacturing plant and transported to the building site for final assembly <br /> and placement on a permanent foundation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, a modular <br /> home may consist of two or more sections transported to the site each on its own chassis or steel frame, <br /> or a series of panels or room sections transported to the site on a truck and erected, assembled, or joined <br /> there. <br /> Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair297 <br /> An establishment where the following services are available: <br /> a) Body work, <br /> b) Straightening of body parts, <br /> c) Painting, and <br /> d) Welding, <br /> e) -gee of meter vehiGles net in eperatinn Gonditien. <br /> Motor Vehicle Repair Garage291 <br /> An establishment where the following services are available: <br /> a_raMajor mechanical repairs, including engine overhaul, apA <br /> b) tTransmission work.
