Article 5: Uses 210 <br /> Section 5.16: Standards for Automotive/Transportation Related Uses <br /> (a) The site plan natist shall identify the square footage of each structure by <br /> type of use. <br /> (b) The Principal Use type of Research Facility With Manufacturing must be <br /> established on the site. <br /> (c) The Multiple Use shall not exceed 25% of the total square footage of all <br /> structures on the site. <br /> 5.15.4 Sawmills22o <br /> (A) Use Standards <br /> (1) Use shall not be: <br /> (a) Permitted as a Conditional Use District. Refer to Section 5.1.3 of this <br /> Ordinance; or <br /> (b) Permitted within the Rural Buffer land use classification, as designated <br /> by the adopted Comprehensive Plan, as part of a Conditional Zoning <br /> District application. <br /> (B) Standards of Evaluation221 <br /> (1) Minimum lot size: 5 acres. <br /> (2) All structures, equipment, and storage shall be located a minimum of 100 feet <br /> from the property line. <br /> (3) Hours of operation shall be limited to the hours between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. <br /> (4) Site shall have direct access to a major road, as classified in the Orange County <br /> Comprehensive Plan, and shall use said road as the primary access, unless <br /> approved otherwise in the permit. <br /> STANDARDS FOR <br /> AUTOMOTIVE/TRANSPORTATION <br /> 5.16.1 Airports, General Aviation, Heliports, STOL 222 <br /> (A) Use Standards <br /> (1) Shall not be permitted as a Conditional Use District. Refer to Section 5.1.3 of <br /> this Ordinance. <br /> (B) Submittal Requirements and Standards of Evaluation for Class A Special Use <br /> Permit <br /> (1) Submittal Requirements <br /> In addition to the information required in section 2.7, the following shall be <br /> submitted as part of the application: <br /> (a) A configuration diagram depicting the layout of runways, taxiways, <br /> approach zones and overrun areas. These diagrams should also be on <br /> aerial photographs that show the area within five miles of the proposed <br /> site. <br /> (b) Isotonic contours showing the effects of aircraft operations upon land <br /> within one mile of the boundary of the proposed site. <br /> 220 Existing regulations from Section 5.14.3 of the UDO. <br /> 221 A Sawmill is permitted within the AS and ASE-CZ districts subject to the aforementioned standards.
