We would recommend a secondary means of ingress/egress,if possible, for secondary
access during times of large fires, severe weather events or other disasters.
2. Additional staffing for 9-1-1 and emergency response agencies will have to be identified.
As new subdivisions are approved, additional population and growth may require
additional staffing in order to effectively provide public safety services to the citizens.
3. The site plans does not address water supplies for fire protection. The developer should
provide some type of proposal for or identify usable water sources for fire protection.
If you need additional information, please contact us.
