Attachment 1 provides an outline for the presentation that Planning Staff will conduct <br />at this meeting. <br />General Guide: The Land Use Element serves as a general land use goals and <br />objectives guide setting forth policy options for future implementation through zoning, <br />subdivision or other regulatory methods to provide an orderly and coordinated pattern of <br />land use and development. <br />Research and Outreach: Demographic and socio-economic research and Public <br />Outreach has been conducted for 5-years to update the Land Use Element of the <br />County's Comprehensive Plan.
