Motor Vehicle Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, to release motor <br /> vehicle property tax values for six taxpayers with a total of six bills that will result in a <br /> reduction of revenue in accordance with NCGS. <br /> C. Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, to release property tax <br /> values for two taxpayers with a total of two bills that will result in a reduction of revenue in <br /> accordance with North Carolina General Statute 105-381. <br /> d. Applications for Property Tax Exemption/Exclusion <br /> The Board considered three untimely applications for exemption/exclusion from ad valorem <br /> taxation for three bills for the 2018 tax year. <br /> e. Establish New Date for Advertisement of Tax Liens on Real Property <br /> The Board agreed to modify the date of the tax lien sale advertisement previously set and <br /> approved by the Board from March 20, 2019 to on or about April 3, 2019. <br /> f.
