EXHIBIT G <br /> SIGN CRITERIA - Pau 2 <br /> CHURTON GROVE CENTER <br /> E . All wire behind wall with stand offs ; all transformers enclosed in metal containers provided <br /> by sign company. <br /> F . No exposed electrical conduits or crossovers between letters on facial of building. <br /> 7 . Emblems or Logos : may be used in conjunction with the sign letters upon prior written consent <br /> of Landlord . Such emblems or logos are not to be box signs , but in a contour form and dimensions <br /> within the limits as stated herein, i . e . 18 " height maximum, and conform to materials specified . <br /> 8 . Placement : Letters shall center on canopy fascia vertically, and left and right on lease frontage . <br /> 9 . Quantity of Signs : One sign per tenant storefront . <br /> 10 . Secondary Signs : <br /> A. No secondary exterior signs are to be placed on building wall elevations . Landlord will <br /> allow letters not to exceed 5 " to be placed on the rear door for identification purposes . <br /> B . No sandwich or easel/portable signs are allowed . <br /> C . No window signs are permitted without the express approval of the Landlord . <br /> D . Standard address numerals for postal identification of premises will be permitted . <br /> Numeral height shall not exceed 5 " . <br /> AS PREVIOUSLY STATED , SCALED DRAWINGS IN DUPLICATE , INDICATING ALL <br /> COPY, MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION, AND LETTER STYLE , ARE TO BE SUBMITTED <br /> TO THE LANDLORD FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO FABRICATION .
