This Contract is executed in three counterparts, one to be retained by the <br />Seller, one to be retained by OWASA and one to be retained by the County. <br />10, Applicable Law. This Contract shall be governed and construed under and in <br />accordance with the law of'North Carolina. <br />IL Captions and Headings.
