5 <br />W. Patterson as the Quentin W. Patterson Photographic Art <br />Collection project gift, <br />2, County agrees to hold the $20,000, invest it with other <br />County funds, otherwise account for it separately and pay it over <br />to the District or to the District's designees upon a request to <br />do so by duly authorized District representatives for the purpose <br />of accomplishing the Quentin W. Patterson Photographic Art <br />Collection project described in this Agreement. <br />3. District agrees to use the Collection for educational <br />purposes and to preserve its cultural, historic and artistic <br />value, to share the Collection as art and to maintain it as a <br />means of recording culture, history and natural resource <br />conservation. <br />4. District and County agree to work together to <br />accomplish the Quentin W, Patterson Photographic Art Collection <br />Project described in this Agreement and to ultimately make <br />available on the District's link to the County's web site so much <br />of the Quentin W. Patterson Photographic Art Collection that is <br />desirable and practical. <br />5, County and District agree to cooperate fully with each <br />other by all reasonable means and consistent with North Carolina <br />Law, including the North Carolina Local Government Fiscal Control <br />Act and the North Carolina Public Records laws, to accomplish the <br />3 <br />
