Prepare the required narrative on <br /> what are the priority community development needs and describe <br /> the community development objectives. <br /> ■ Antipoverty Strategy. Prepare a narrative on what actions the <br /> County will undertake to reduce the number of persons living in <br /> poverty. <br /> Non-Homeless Special Needs. Prepare the outline of what are <br /> the County's non-homeless special needs housing objectives and <br /> what resources will be used to address those needs. <br /> Resolutions. Prepare the resolution for consideration by the <br /> County Commissioners using the County's format. <br />
