We established a Safety Committee and <br /> hired Occupational Safety consultants Inc. a Safety consultant firm to help rewrite existing procedures <br /> and protocols. And help take a snapshot of needed improvements. <br /> We took a top down approach and instituted a new Safety culture in our organization.
