This form is required to be attached to the Bid Form, See Document 00 21 13"Instructions to Bidders." <br /> 1.2 DESCRIPTION <br /> A. Each bidder shall show below the cash amounts included in the Contract Sum for use at the direction of the Owner. <br /> B. The total for quantity allowances shall be the total cost using Document 00 43 22"Bid Supplement—Unit Prices" and <br /> the quantities from Section 01 2100"Allowances.' <br /> C. The bidder shall be responsible for determining from the Contract Documents the effects of each Allowance on the <br /> Contract Time and/or Contract Sum, <br /> D.
