All General, <br /> Supplementary and Special Conditions, etc., as originally specified or as modified below shall apply to these items. <br /> Changes to Mechanical Scope. The following shall be listed as a Bid Alternate on the Architect's bid form <br /> per their instructions. <br /> • Provide a price to replace the entire existing VRF system in the building- The two existing outdoor <br /> condensing units and all existing indoor units, branch boxes, and controls shall be replaced like for like <br /> based on the existing drawings(enclosed). ❑o not include units already being replaced in the base bid. <br /> ■ Include the simplest wired controller for each indoor unit. The master controller is already being replaced <br /> in the base bid. <br /> • Match electrical characteristics of existing system. <br /> • All existing refrigerant piping, piping insulation, and other appurtenances shall be replaced. <br /> • Existing condensate piping may be reused.
