If it is less expensive to replace the <br /> grid in its entirety,this would be acceptable to the county—i.e.forego the patching and cleaning of <br /> the grid and just demolish the entire grid and install a new grid.The decision is the contractors to <br /> make. <br /> Drawings and Specification: <br /> 1.
