This form is required to be attached to the Bid Form. See Document 00 21 13"Instructions to Bidders." <br /> 1.2 DESCRIPTION <br /> A. Each bidder shall show below the amounts proposed to be added to the Base Contract Sum if particular <br /> Alternates are accepted by the Owner. <br /> B. If the Alternate does not affect the Base Contract Bid Sum, the bidder shall write in the space provided "NO <br /> CHANGE." <br /> C. If the Alternate does not affect the Work of his/her contract,the bidder shall write in the space provided "NOT <br /> APPLICABLE." <br /> D. The bidder shall be responsible for determining from the Contract Documents the affects of each Alternate on the <br /> Contract Time and/or Contract Sum. <br /> E. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any alternate and to amend the Contract accordingly during the <br /> period of the contract. <br /> F. Acceptance or nonacceptance of any Alternates by the Owner shall have no affect on the Contract Time unless <br /> the Schedule of Alternates below provides a formatted space for the adjustment of the Contract Time. <br /> 1.3 SCHEDULE OF ALTERNATES <br /> A.
