DocuSign Envelope ID: B94F2D40-3B3C-47A7-86C2-6F1 B4F92C62C <br /> Pre-bid conference <br /> #1835 510 Meadowlands <br /> 01/03/19 <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> o This work includes the provision of all labor, material, equipment, supervision and administration to <br /> integrate the work outlined in this project manual into the total building system such that no leakage into <br /> the system occurs. <br /> o A&S Systems' Ultra-Dek standing seam metal panel roof system repair and cleanup work. <br /> o TPO Single-Ply Roof System repair and cleanup work. <br /> • Remediation Protocol <br /> • The awarded Contractor will be required to provide an independently tested PRV at the conclusion of <br /> remediation.The Owner will contract independently to have follow up testing conducted prior to occupancy <br /> and throughout the first year after final completion.The Contractor will be required to pass all of these tests. <br /> • Photos of existing building contents for reference. This project will require the General Contractor to hire a <br /> GSA approved mover to remove all contents of the building and deliver to a remediation specialist to <br /> remediate and cleaned per the remediation protocol report and then stored into a GSA approved storage <br /> facility until such time that a GSA approved mover can move the contents back into the building. Photographs <br /> shall be taken of all spaces such that all items are returned to their current location including furnishings, <br /> personal items, signage, documents, wall art, etc. <br /> • Submittals, etc: This project will require that all documentation be handled electronically except for those items <br /> requiring color selection for finishes. <br /> • All construction documentation, submittals, RFI's, ASI's, close-out documentation, 0&M Manuals, etc. will <br /> be handled electronically. <br /> Additional Documents <br /> • Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from Boomerang Design at <br /> RaleighBids@thinkboomerang.com. Once received, a reply email with a link to download the project drawings and <br /> specifications will be sent. <br /> Questions/Clarifications/Walk Thru <br /> • Refer to Addendum #1 for answers to questions asked during the site walk-thru <br />
