Call to Order • Commence meeting. • Circulate sign-up sheet. • Introduce Project Design Team & Owner Representatives Schedule • Substitutions Deadline: Friday,January 4, by 3:00 p.m. • All Substitutions must be submitted by a prime contractor. • Complete the Substitutions form in its entirety so we can effectively evaluate the request for substitution of a product or additional manufacturer. • All accepted requests will be included in an Addendum. • Addendum: The final addendum is scheduled to be issued at the end of day on than Thursday,January 10th by 3 pm. • The addendum will be issued by e-mail via. RaleighBids@thinkboomerang.com • Addendum and meeting minutes from this conference will be issued together. These will be part of the project documents. • We reserve the right to issue an addendum at a later date if contractors wait to ask questions beyond the scheduled date of the last addendum. Please help us by looking at the documents early so we don't have to issue anything close to the bid. • Bid Date: Monday,January 14, 2019- 2pm local time. 131 West Margaret Lane, Room 338 in Hillsborough. • Do not be late. Bids will not be accepted after the 2 pm deadline • The bid clock will be determined by a Verizon Cellular phone. • Construction Duration: The work for this project shall be substantially by July 1, 2019. Liquidated damages will be assessed at$1,000 per day. Bidding Procedures • Refer to Division 00 for all Bidding Requirements • Pay attention to Section 00 31 00 which includes the remediation protocol, example photographs of the existing building contents, as well as certification requirements of the bidder. • Refer to Section 00 43 93 for items to be attached to your bid.These requirements will not be waived. • Attached to Bid Form — Contractors IICRC Certificate, 5 year commercial remediation list of projects that required a PRV along with client name and contact information, project name, and brief description • You must complete the Bid Form in its entirety. • "Form of Bid Bond" o Your Bid Bond must be attached to the bid form in order for your bid to be read at the bid opening. thin kboomerang.com
