Clarification of 911 Communications Center equipment—The Owner's communication vendors will <br /> disconnect all equipment, and then once the facility is cleaned, stored and remediation complete, <br /> the Owner's vendors will come and reinstall the equipment. The awarded contractor will be <br /> required to coordinate with the Owner's vendors and the County staff on scheduling the work. <br /> 3. Clarification of Emergency Operations Conference Room (place where prebid was held)—the power <br /> wire tracks on the floor need to be disconnected, cleaned and reinstalled as part of the project. <br /> Their reinstall needs to coordinate with the flooring work. <br /> 4. Clarification on Building Height—The center peak of the building in the warehouse is+/- 28'-0" <br /> according to the original building construction drawings.This question was asked in reference to <br /> the size of a lift needed to replace the warehouse side gypsum board. <br /> 5. Clarification on Remediation - <br /> a. The elevator and pit are included in the cleaning phase of the protocol. <br /> b. The County will have the vending machines removed and cleaned by their vendor. <br /> c. The lockers are considered to be moveable contents of the building and need to be cleaned, <br /> stored and removed per the remediation protocol. <br /> d. The AED's and fire extinguishers are considered contents and need to be moved and <br /> cleaned.The AED and fire extinguisher cabinets shall remain and be cleaned per the <br /> protocol. <br /> e. The printers and plotter are considered contents and need to be moved and cleaned per <br /> the protocol.The Systel printer is leased by the County and will be removed by Systel and <br /> cleaned and reinstalled. <br /> f. The fabric cubical walls need to follow the protocol for cleaning. <br /> g. All ceramic tile is to remain and be cleaned per the remediation protocol. <br /> h. No work is being done that will require the removal and replacement of the building name <br /> letters on the exterior of the building. As noted in the bid set, an exterior water repellant is <br /> to be applied to the outside block. <br /> 6. Sheets A001 and A002 Demolition Keynote 1, second sentence: Revise to read: Demolish existing <br /> furring in its entirety. <br /> 7. Sheets A101 and A102 Construction Keynote 1: Revise to read, install new z furring floor to ceiling <br /> and floor to roof for full height drywall installation. <br /> 8.
