Curbs shall to be fully gasketed between the curb top and unit bottom with the curb providing full <br /> perimeter support, cross structure support and air seal for the unit. Curb gasket shall be furnished <br /> within the control compartment of the rooftop unit to be mounted on the curb immediately before <br /> mounting of the rooftop unit. <br /> B. Height of curb shall be at least the minimum required to accommodate the horizontal discharge <br /> openings. <br /> C. Solid bottom curb shall be factory assembled and fully lined with 1 inch neoprene coated fiberglass <br /> insulation and include a wood nailer strip. Curb shall be adjustable up to 3/4 inch per foot to allow <br /> for sloped roof applications. <br /> PART 3 EXECUTION <br /> 3.01 INSTALLATION, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE <br /> A. Installation, Operation, and Maintenance manual shall be supplied with the unit. <br /> B. Examine areas and conditions, with Installer present, for compliance with requirements for <br /> installation tolerances and other conditions affecting performance of the Work. <br /> C. Examine casing insulation materials and filter media before air-to-air energy recovery equipment <br /> installation. Reject insulation materials and filter media that do not comply, or are wet, moisture <br /> damaged, or mold damaged. <br /> D. Install units with clearances for service and maintenance. <br /> E. Manufacturer's Field Service: Engage a factory-authorized service representative to inspect, test, <br /> and adjust components, assemblies, and equipment installations, including connections. <br /> F. Engage a factory-authorized service representative to train Owner's maintenance personnel to <br /> adjust, operate, and maintain air-to-air energy recovery units. <br /> G. Installing contractor shall install unit, including field installed components, in accordance with <br /> Installation, Operation, and Maintenance manual instructions. <br /> H.
