Do not wash resilient products until after time period recommended by resilient product manufacturer. <br /> 4. Damp-mop or sponge resilient products to remove marks and soil. <br /> B. Protect resilient products against mars, marks, indentations, and other damage from construction operations and <br /> placement of equipment and fixtures during the remainder of construction period. Use protection methods indicated <br /> or recommended in writing by resilient product manufacturer. <br /> C. Clean resilient products not more than 4 days before dates scheduled for inspections intended to establish date of <br /> Substantial Completion in each area of Project. Clean products according to manufacturer's written <br /> recommendations. <br /> 3.5 RESILIENT WALL BASE AND ACCESSORY SCHEDULE <br /> A. Rubber Wall Base: Provide rubber wall base complying with the following: TS-1 thermoset vulcanized rubber. <br /> 1. Products:As follows: <br /> a. Roppe, Basis of Design <br /> b. Johnsonite. <br /> c. Flexco. <br /> 2. Color and Pattern:As selected by Architect from manufacturer's full range of colors and patterns produced for <br /> rubber wall base complying with requirements indicated. A minimum 32 color range with acceptable matching <br /> accessories is required. <br /> 3. Style: Cove with top-set toe. <br /> 4. Minimum Thickness: 1/8 inch. <br /> 5. Height:4 inches. <br /> 6. Lengths: Coils in lengths standard with manufacturer, but not less than 96 feet. <br /> 7. Outside Corners: Premoulded. <br /> 8. Inside Corners: Job-formed. <br /> 9. Surface: Smooth. <br /> B. Rubber Accessory Molding: Provide rubber accessory molding complying with the following: TS-1 thermoset <br /> vulcanized rubber. <br /> 1. Products:As follows: <br /> a. Roppe, Basis of Design—Color: 632 Flax. <br /> b. Johnsonite. <br /> c. Burke. <br /> d. Flexco. <br /> e. Allstate. <br /> 2. Color: As selected by Architect from manufacturer's full range of colors produced for rubber accessory <br /> molding complying with requirements indicated. <br /> 3. Product Description: <br /> a.
