Division 7, Section "Elastomeric Joint Sealants". <br /> 1.4 SUBMITTALS <br /> A. Submittal requirements as indicated in Section 01 33 00. <br /> 1.5 DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING <br /> A. Deliver materials,except aggregate,in original unopened containers displaying product name,type,grade and mixing <br /> instructions. <br /> 1.6 JOB CONDITIONS <br /> A. Environmental requirements: <br /> 1. Perform no tuckpointing and lay no masonry when temperature of surrounding air has dropped below 45 degrees <br /> F., unless it is rising; and at no time when it has dropped below 40 degrees F. Maintain air temperature above <br /> 40 degrees F. on both sides of masonry for at least 72 hours after tuckpointing and laying. <br /> 2. Perform no cast-in-place concrete forming when temperature of surrounding air has dropped below 45 degrees <br /> F., unless it is rising; and at no time when it has dropped below 40 degrees F. Maintain air temperature above <br /> 40 degrees F. on both sides of masonry for at least 72 hours after concrete forming. <br /> B. Protection of work: <br /> 1. During restoration, keep walls dry by covering at end of each day or shutdown period with a waterproof <br /> membrane or until installed work has set up. <br /> 2. Remove misplaced mortar or grout immediately. <br /> 3. Protect face materials against staining. <br /> 4. Protect sills, ledges, concrete pavement, sidewalks, piping, landscaping and offsets from mortar or grout <br /> droppings during construction. <br /> 1.7 Quality assurance <br /> A.
