Remove any existing sealant at exterior pipes, conduits, louvers or vents penetrating the CMU that are to remain. <br /> I. Remove or correct any obstruction which might interfere with the proper application of new materials. <br /> J. At 4 doors frames, remove sealant at joint between door frame and CMU, if present. <br /> K. At the joints in the sheet metal coping covers on the West Elevation walls, remove any exposed sealant. <br /> L. At the head of the aluminum framed storefront window on the second floor above the front entrance, remove sealant <br /> at the joint between the head of the window frame and the CMU wall. <br /> M. Remove downspouts and store for reinstallation. <br /> N. Detach electrical conduit fastened to the face of the CMU block. <br /> O. At all elevations of exterior CMU, clean any mold, mildew and efflorescence from the exterior surface of the walls. <br /> P.
