Exterior remediation complete. <br /> 4. Interior demolition complete. <br /> 5. Insulation and sealant complete. <br /> 6. Building dried in and secure. <br /> 7. Above ceiling inspection (if required). <br /> 8. Interior finishes complete. <br /> 9. Substantial Completion. <br /> 10. Final Completion. <br /> 2.3 CONTRACTOR'S CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE (GANTT CHART) <br /> A. Gantt-Chart Schedule: Submit in electronic format a comprehensive, fully developed, horizontal Gantt-chart-type, <br /> Contractor's Construction Schedule within 30 days of date established for the Notice to Proceed. Base schedule <br /> on the Preliminary Construction Schedule and whatever updating and feedback was received since the start of <br /> Project. <br /> B. Preparation: Indicate each significant construction activity separately. Identify first workday of each week with a <br /> continuous vertical line. <br /> 1. For construction activities that require 2 months or longer to complete, indicate an estimated completion <br /> percentage in 10 percent increments within time bar. <br /> 2.4 REPORTS <br /> A. Daily Construction Reports: Prepare a daily construction report recording the following information concerning <br /> events at Project site: <br /> 1. List of subcontractors at Project site. <br /> 2. List of separate contractors at Project site. <br /> 3. Approximate count of personnel at Project site. <br /> 4. High and low temperatures and general weather conditions. <br /> 5. Accidents. <br /> 6. Meetings and significant decisions. <br /> 7. Unusual events(refer to special reports). <br /> 8. Stoppages, delays, shortages, and losses. <br /> 9.
