Division 01, Section "Summary"for contract time for project. <br /> 1.2 PROJECT CONDITIONS <br /> A. Remediation Protocol <br /> 1. Mold remediation protocols have been prepared by ESG an independent industrial hygenist and are <br /> attached to this Document. <br /> 2. The protocols were prepared by ESG for the Owner and is a part of the Contract Documents.The <br /> protocols provided are required to be followed during the project duration. <br /> 1.3 ATTACHMENTS <br /> A. Remediation Protocol Report dated October 5, 2018, by ESG, Environmental Solutions Group. <br /> B. Photos of existing building contents for reference. This project will require the General Contractor to hire a GSA <br /> approved mover to remove all contents of the building and deliver to a remediation specialist to remediate and <br /> cleaned per the remediation protocol report and then stored into a GSA approved storage facility until such time that <br /> a GSA approved mover can move the contents back into the building.
