3 <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board: <br /> 1. Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a contract with Sasser Companies in the <br /> "Not to Exceed" amount of $555,776 to perform repairs at the Government Services <br /> Annex building as described above; and <br /> 2. Approve Budget Amendment #7-C, as described above, to finance this unexpected <br /> capital repair. <br />
