Planning Board —Appointment <br /> 35 The Board considered making two appointments to the Planning Board. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Planning staff contacted the Clerk late this afternoon and said at their Planning <br /> 38 Board meeting last night, the Planning Board did not make a recommendation on the Table <br /> 39 of Permitted Uses UDO amendment and will hold a special meeting on March 201" to <br /> 40 further consider the matter (the hang up is language James Bryan added to the text earlier <br /> 41 this week, not the concept in general). <br /> 42 <br /> 43 The Planning Board requested that the existing members be allowed to continue on the Board <br /> 44 until this long-term project is completed. There is precedence for this on both the Planning <br /> 45 Board and other advisory boards. Since appointments are on tonight's BOCC agenda, <br /> 46 Planning staff is requesting that the BOCC: <br /> 47 <br /> 48 1. Delay making appointments until the current project is completed. <br /> 49 <br />
