I delayed making this decision hoping I would have a change of heart, but I believe my__ <br />effectiveness as a member has deteriorated to the point that I am unable to make a <br />difference far the benefit of the employees and patrons of the system. My heart is so <br />deeply rooted in preserving and protecting the futures of the employees who serve the <br />ABC and I truly regret this decision. It is a decision I have struggled to make and feel is <br />the best at this time. <br />~~ <br />
