Rezoning of Efland-Buckhorn-Mebane Commercial-Industrial Transition <br /> Activity Node (CITAN) for Economic Development Purposes: In the fall of <br /> 2018, the Board of County Commissioners expressed strong interest in <br /> analyzing properties in the indicated geographic area for rezoning to zoning <br /> districts that would better promote economic development in the area. <br /> 4 <br />
