When accessory structures (sheds, detached garages, etc.) ~ ~~^'~"~ <br />ef~3;888-er-less; are to be placed within a SFHA, the following criteria shall be met: <br />a, Accessory structures shall not be used for humus habitation (including work, sleeping, <br />living, cooking or restroom azeas); <br />b. Accessory structures shall be designed to have low flood dan7age potential; <br />a Accessory structures shall be constructed and placed on the building site so as to offer the <br />minimum resistance to the flow of floodwaters; <br />d. Accessory structures shall be firmly urchored according to Section 42-91; <br />e. All service facilities such as electrical and heating equipment, shall be installed according <br />to Section 42-91; and <br />£ Openings to relieve hydrostatic pressure during a flood shall be provided l>elew <br />b conforming to subsection (5) of this section; <br />g.
