Openines to facilitate equalization of hydrostatic flood forces on walls accordine <br />to Section 42-92(51 when solid foundation perimeter walls are used in Zones A, <br />AO, AE, and AI-30; <br />h. Usage details of any enclosed space below the reeulatory flood protection elevation. <br />i. Plans and/or details for the protection of public utilities and facilities such as sewer <br />has electrical and water systems to be located and constructed to minimize flood <br />dama h~ <br />j. Copt/ of all other Local State and Federal permits required prior to floodplain <br />development permit issuance (i e. Wetlands Erosion and Sedimentation Conh•ol, <br />Riparian Buffers, Minins, etc.) <br />k. If the Floodplain Administrator issues a floodplain development permit for <br />placement of recreational vehicles and/or temporary structures, documentation to <br />ensure compliance with Section 42-92(4 and 7) of this Ordinance. <br />I. If a watercourse is proposed to be altered andloi° relocated a description of the <br />extent of watercourse alteration or relocation, an eneineei°ine report on the effects <br />of the proposed proiect on the flood-carryin~ capacity of the watercourse and the <br />effects to properties located both upstream and downstream; and a map, drawn to <br />scale (if not shown on plot plan) showint the location of the proposed watercourse <br />alteration or relocation. <br />2 Floodplain Development Permit Data Requirement. The following information shall be <br />provided at a minimum on the floodplain development permit to ensure compliance with <br />this Ordinance. <br />a. A description of the development under the floodplain development permit issuance. <br />b. The SERA determination for the proposed development per available data specified <br />in Section 42-37. <br />c. The reeulatory flood protection elevation required for the reference level and all <br />attendant utilities. <br />d. The reQUla_tory_ flood protection elevation required for the protection of all public <br />utilities. <br />e. All certification submittal requirements with timelines. <br />L A statement that no fill material shall encroach into the floodway._or non- <br />encroachmentarea of any watercourse, if applicable. <br />g. If in an A AO AE or AI-30 zone specify the minimum foundation opening <br />requirements <br /> <br />
