OS/I 2/2005 <br />Sec. 42-42. Penalties for violation. <br />IS <br />Violation of the provisions of this Ordinance or failure to comply with any of its requirements, <br />including violation of conditions and safeguazds established in connection with grants of vaziance or <br />special exceptions, shall constitute a Class 3 misdemeanor. Any person who violates this Ordinance or <br />fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, upon conviction thereof; be fined not more than <br />$200.00 ~-58:88 or imprisoned for not more than twen 20) •'.'~(~} days, or both, Each day such <br />violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. Designation of fecal Ftoodplain Administrator. <br />The Zoning Officer hereinafter referred to as the "Ftoodplain Administrator", is hereby <br />appointed to administer and implement the provisions of this Ordinance. <br />(Ord, of 8-28-1995, § 3,.3, eff 8-28-1995) <br />Sec. 42-67.
