Accounts will be adjusted <br /> to include legal fees for collection to the extent allowed by law if such fees become necessary. <br /> Services for professional consultants engaged for the normal structural, HVAC, plumbing and electrical <br /> engineering services at a multiple of 1.20 times the amount billed the Architect for such services. <br /> INSTRUMENTS OF SERVICE STATEMENT <br /> Drawings, reports and specifications are instruments of service and remain the property of this firm.
