Area 2(south side of US 70)US 70 <br /> R/W and off-site property lines, two foot contour interval, "Canopy Trees" as defined in <br /> Hillsborough UDO, overhead/underground utilities, to the extent the latter may be shown <br /> based on markings by 811, drives,pavement markings, storm/sewer structures with rim, <br /> invert and pipe data, all above ground appurtenances for existing waterlines and any <br /> observable features which may impact design parameters <br /> Addendum Fixed Fee: $4,200.00 <br /> Special Provisions- <br /> As per original Agreement. <br /> The Terms and Conditions following this form are a part of this Agreement.
