Efland-Buckhorn-Mebane Access Management Plan <br /> Description miiiiiMFL Source Response <br /> Current and future traffic volume(Average Annual Daily Traffic)is <br /> determined by multiple sources.The Travel Demand Models(TDM) <br /> in Orange County are administered by different agencies,using <br /> different socioeconomic inputs,are conducted indepenent of one <br /> another,and produces results ending at different horizon years. <br /> These models also differ from NCDOT's own statewide TDM.Here is <br /> a summary of the various TDMs that illustrate future traffic in <br /> Orange County and the E-B-M AMP area. <br /> *Piedmont Triad Regional Model(PTRMv4.2—2013 Base Year/ <br /> 2040 Design Year).The PTRMv4.2 is the travel demand model <br /> City of Mebane officially adopted by BGMPO and other agencies for long-range <br /> transportation planning. <br /> *Triangle Regional Model(TRMv6—2013 Base Year/2045 Design <br /> The projected traffic volume shown in the Vol kert study differs with the Year).As of February 2018,TRMv6 is the official travel demand <br /> projections of the Transportation Demand Model(TDM)maintained model used by DCHC MPO and CAMPO and other agencies. <br /> and operated by the Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation *NC Statewide Travel Model(NCSTM—2015 Base Year/2040 <br /> and the Triangle Regional Model(TRM)operated by Triangle J Council Design Year).The NC Statewide Travel Model covers the entire state <br /> Of Governments.
