9 <br />9. Countemarts. This Contract isexecuted in tlu-ee counterparts, one to be retained by the <br />Seller, one to be retained by OWASA and one to be retained by the County.. <br />10. Applicable Law. This Contract shall be governed and construed under and in <br />accordance with the law of North Carolina. <br />11. Captions and Headings.
