This provides the organization <br /> with additional candidate assessments that can be customized to fit the unique needs of the County. <br /> Throughout the process, you will have access to our Master Applicant List(MAL), which will provide <br /> pertinent data for each applicant. <br /> Project Milestone Deliverables Estimated Duration I <br /> SJW compares applications to the approved <br /> candidate profile developed in our searchable <br /> applicant database. <br /> • SJW develops customized candidate questionnaire <br /> &due diligence questionnaire to provide to <br /> applicants who most closely meet the candidate <br /> profile. <br /> . Top 1 D-15 candidates identified as semi-finalists. <br /> . Semi-Final Report is prepared, including the <br /> brochure,master applicant list,cover letter, <br /> = Applicant screening and resume and completed questionnaire of <br /> recommendation of semi-finalists. candidates to be considered. 2 Weeks <br /> . SJW and the County review and rate video <br /> interviews. <br /> . SIW'sends links to County to review the <br /> aggregate responses and ratings. <br /> . Semi-finalists complete candidate management <br /> style assessment, responses are reviewed and <br /> interview questions are developed. <br /> • recruitment Project Team Leader meets with <br /> County to review recommended semi-finalists. <br /> County selects finalists for on-site interviews. <br /> Task IV: Conducting Background Checks, Reference Checks and Academic Verifications <br /> When the County approves of a group of finalists for on-site interviews, SJW will begin the process of <br /> conducting reference checks,background checks, and academic verifications. A Confidential Reference <br /> Report is prepared for each finalist to complete our understanding of his/her management and leadership <br /> characteristics and professional work performance. <br /> For the background checks, SJW will develop information on the candidates in the following areas; <br /> • Consumer Credit a Bankruptcy <br /> City/County Criminal a State District Superior Court Criminal <br /> City/County Civil Litigation 0 State District Superior Court Civil Litigation <br /> ■ Judgment/Tax Lien a Federal District Criminal <br /> • Motor Vehicle 9 Federal District Civil Litigation <br /> Educational Verification <br /> Spa misted I'Na i cC r"t Orange County,NC.
